You Took To My Bedside...You took to my bedside, looking at the morphine drip and the intravenous wires that were like my veins. You were silent for the longest time, but when I finally acknowledged my consciousness, you spoke up.   
"...Are...are you okay?"   
My body responded with a heavy, "No," but I nodded my head and tried to make it seem like it was fine. The only thing you could do was look at me some more, your ears on the heart rate monitor and your eyes traveling the bruises and the blood. You had called yourself a "wreck" before, yeah, but you never thought it would become literal...and that I would be the real wreck.

"Sir, someone's come to see you," one of his maid's said, poking her head in.   
Mr. Baker sighed once more. "Who is it?"   
"It's your son."  "Oh. Let him in."   
The maid nodded and retreated. So, after about two minutes, the door opened once more.   
"Father," a ghastly young voice slowly said.

Moar Help Plz? (seriously, help please Q_Q)

Me and my friend are currently working on a new comic, which will feature a post-apocalyptic setting mixed with some dark and sci-fi elements. I will be providing the writing and dialogue, he will be taking pictures for the backgrounds (more info on this below), and we need someone to draw up the characters for the backgrounds and scenes.

The way we are making this comic is by me setting out the script of sorts, my friend taking pictures of different environments around his home that'd fit the script, and then having someone draw the characters to slip into the background pictures. Then we'd panel it and pretty much do every page like that, with a few exceptions.

As far as drawing style goes, we're a little lenient. Nothing too manga-like, though if it is, please include a little realism in the character drawings and whatnot. For more details, send me a note or an email at marckal2001@gmail.com
